Sales Development Representative
Windward Recruiting is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. The role involves proactively generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Proactively generate new leads and prospects through outbound calls, emails, and strategic networking
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients
Partner closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
Track, manage, and update leads using CRM software
Stay up to date on industry trends to better understand client needs and add value to conversations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Experience in sales or business development (finance or professional services experience is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to exceed targets
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
