Compiles and reviews accounts payable documents and prepares document batches for processing for timely payment of invoices; responds to employee and vendor inquiries
Processes electronic payments
Serves as a back up for running AP checks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of mainframe computer processing
Preferred
A minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience With Excel
