2–4 years of litigation experience in a law firm or through a judicial clerkship
Experience in commercial litigation or IP litigation strongly preferred, including meaningful involvement in motion practice, discovery, and high-stakes matters
Strong academic credentials and a technical background; engineering or computer science experience preferred
Team-oriented mindset with strong legal analysis, writing, and problem-solving skills
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction required

Preferred

Experience in commercial litigation or IP litigation strongly preferred, including meaningful involvement in motion practice, discovery, and high-stakes matters
Engineering or computer science experience preferred
