Customer Service Representative
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative III to support licensing operations in a high-volume, public-facing environment. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing license applications and updates, and providing accurate information regarding licensing laws, rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities
Receive, process, and apply payments (cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and money orders) to personal and business accounts
Perform daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing of assigned cash drawer/till
Assist customers in person with licensing questions, applications, and account updates
Provide clear and accurate information regarding licensing requirements, laws, rules, and procedures
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a high-production environment
Follow established policies, procedures, and security standards
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of experience in a high-production or high-volume environment
Experience with cash handling and payment processing
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
