Marketing Product Data Coordinator

S.P. Richards Company is seeking a Marketing Product Data Coordinator responsible for managing and maintaining product data across various systems and platforms. This role ensures that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to support business operations and decision-making.

Wholesale

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain marketing product data, including categorization, specifications, and descriptions
Accurately enter product data into databases, master data management systems (MDM), and other relevant platforms
Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information
Work closely with vendors, merchants, marketing teams, and other departments to gather and verify product data
Generate and distribute regular reports on product data status, discrepancies, and updates
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of data management systems and processes
Provide support for product data-related inquiries and issues from internal teams and external partners

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP, MDM systems)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in data coordination, data management, or a related role
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and reports
Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from employees or stakeholders
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to management and auditors
Ability to apply mathematical operations
Must be detail oriented and exceptional in organization techniques
Must be self-motivated, with ability to set and achieve goals, and set priorities of multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
Must be able to coordinate activities of other employees
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make sound business process decisions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Preferred

Familiarity with MDMs (such as EnterWorks), product information management (PIM) systems and Filemaker Pro is a plus
