Client Renewal & Expansion Manager
Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS) is focused on reducing prescription drug costs for patients and payers. The Client Renewal & Expansion Manager will collaborate with clients to manage renewal cycles, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure satisfaction through strategic relationship building.

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients
Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills for assessing client data and identifying opportunities
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal teams
Experience in market research and the ability to apply insights to strategic planning
Capability in team management and working collaboratively across departments
Proven track record in sales or account management, including identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
Proficiency with CRM tools and an understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
