Responsibilities
Schedule, run, and monitor batch jobs in PeopleSoft Financials , strictly following documented procedures
Print and process critical financial documents
Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (printers, folders/sealers, inserters)
Support a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment (2–3 years preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience with job scheduling and monitoring (2–3 years preferred)
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and process adherence
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong teamwork, punctuality, reliability, and accountability
Candidate must currently reside in Indiana
Position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday
Candidate must be eligible for full-time hire without requiring visa sponsorship
Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required during large projects
Preferred
Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records
Customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
