Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales engagements
Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape winning deal strategies
Design end-to-end solution architecture with various integration points with JazzX
Collaborate with Industry Process Specialists on process and functional design
Validate technical feasibility with Forward Deployment Engineers
Support demos (of JazzX platform and Builder Studio), POVs, and RFP/RFI responses
Address questions related to security, privacy, compliance, accuracy etc
Articulate AI-led transformation and value to technical and executive stakeholders
Identify deployment risks and mitigation strategies early in the sales cycle
Create reusable pre-sales solution assets and reference architectures

Required

Strong background in enterprise solution architecture or pre-sales engineering
Ability to design scalable, secure AI-enabled architectures
Comfort across cloud, data, integrations, and AI platforms
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder deals
12-15+ years in pre-sales solution architecture and technical consulting roles
Experience selling or architecting enterprise AI, SaaS, or data platforms
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred
