Responsibilities
Lead civil/site design projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design
Serve as a primary client contact and manage project delivery
Provide technical oversight
Coordinate with internal multi-discipline teams and Project Managers
Mentor junior engineers and support department growth
Assist with proposals, scopes, schedules, and construction administration
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with codes and permitting requirements
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Civil Engineering
10+ years of civil/site design and client management experience
Experience with industrial, municipal, and commercial developments
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
