Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of budgets for various programs
Generate budgets, forecast funding profiles and ensure adequate funding available and within negotiated positions
Monitor and control cost
Quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates as required by Sarbanes-Oxley Controls
Internal and External Earned Value reporting
Partner with Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Customers to drive results and offer solutions
Interface with various levels of management, Program Office and functional departments to support programs
Lead process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
Preferred
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions
Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
Experience with customer/management reporting
