Responsibilities
Strong L2 OneIdenitity Platform Experience. Advanced troubleshooting. Investigate and resolve complex access and authentication issues. Troubleshoot synchronization failures
Manage Identity Lifecycle, birthright roles, investigate access issues
Manage and fine-tune roles, entitlements, and permissions. Review and update access policies to meet compliance requirements
Troubleshoot and configure connectors. Address synchronization and data import/export issues
Identify, recommend, and assist with implementation of IAM process improvement & automations within the One Identity platform
Provide training for L1 support teams and end users
Qualification
Required
