Responsibilities
Relevant experience in the banking or fintech industry, with the ability to lead a team of 5 offshore members
Understanding of market data, fundamental/quant factor models, and execution analytics
Comfort with AI/ML concepts (Gen AI, reinforcement learning, agent-based modeling, NLP, or time-series prediction)
Experience in product discovery or user research in financial services
Background with sell-side/buy-side workflows, trade lifecycle, and risk management systems
Familiarity with simulation or scenario analysis tools (Monte Carlo, stress testing, digital twins, etc.)
Exposure to Python-based analytics stacks, or willingness to learn
Qualification
