Information Technology
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to members using provided scripts
Engage in high-quality, empathetic conversations to schedule NP appointments
Update member records and appointment details accurately
Provide white-glove service while maintaining program quality standards
Meet performance and scheduling metrics as directed
Maintain confidentiality of member information in compliance with HIPAA
Coordinate with internal teams when member issues require escalation
Qualification
Required
Previous CSR or contact center experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required)
Comfortable with outbound calling and script adherence
Experience with appointment scheduling, member outreach, or care coordination
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport quickly
Metrics-driven with strong reliability and time management
Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely with provided platforms
Must reside in a PST or MST timezone
