Responsibilities

Enable GenAI capabilities for enterprise software development teams
Identify, evaluate, and productionize GenAI tools and platforms
Explore and integrate AI technologies, including AI Agents and MCP Servers
Design, build, and support internal tools and applications
Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy
Implement modern engineering practices, including automated testing and release strategies
Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams

Required

10+ years of software development and architecture experience
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

Strong Java expertise (required)
Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale systems

Preferred

Experience with AI Agent or MCP Server development
Strong Python experience
Experience with TypeScript
Background in internal developer platforms or tooling
