Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the full onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Assist in coordinating firmwide training initiatives by identifying relevant programs and supporting logistical and administrative tasks to ensure successful delivery of employee development opportunities
Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
Support day-to-day employee relations, including addressing questions, concerns, and issues with discretion and professionalism
Assist with payroll processing, audits, and related administrative tasks
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
Support HR initiatives related to engagement, retention, and compliance
Partner with HR leadership and other departments on various HR projects and process improvements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Required

3–5 years of HR Generalist experience required
Hands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, employee relations, and payroll
Strong communication skills; well spoken, polished, and professional
High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment

Preferred

Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
A professional who is eager to grow and develop within the HR function
Someone who takes pride in being a reliable, approachable, and professional HR presence
A team player who is adaptable and open to learning
