Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-brand Away From Home sales strategy spanning multiple food and beverage brands under the portfolio
Build a roadmap to maximize growth across operator-led, menu-driven, and end-user environments
Identify, test, and scale opportunities across foodservice, QSR, airports, travel, drug, convenience, and non-traditional channels
Foster existing relationships and secure new distribution across key AFH partners (Sysco, US Foods, DOT, Compass, Foodbuy, Vistar, Aramark, Canteen, PFG, and airport concessionaires)
Serve as the primary AFH sales contact for brokers, distributors, and strategic partners
Provide hands-on end-user support to drive adoption, execution, and repeat business
Partner with brands to source, evaluate, and manage distributor and broker networks, including contracts, commissions, and setting and tracking performance standards
Secure and expand distribution through broadline, specialty, and direct partners
Own revenue, profit, and growth targets across each brand and channel
Partner with brand leadership on pricing, trade spend, and promotional ROI
Develop accurate sales forecasts for Demand Planning
Lead AFH quarterly and annual business reviews with key customers
Partner with Marketing on channel-specific promotions, merchandising, and new product launches, including sampling, training, operator education, and field execution

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Away From Home / Foodservice sales experience across food and/or beverage including scaling and managing $10M+ of revenue in the channel
Proven success and relationships with key end user accounts
Demonstrated success managing national accounts, distributor networks, and broker models
Data-driven, entrepreneurial, hands-on leader
Ability to manage multiple projects in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Docs
Ability to travel

Preferred

Experience with QSR, non-traditional, office, travel, and/or airport channels strongly preferred
