Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Orders office supplies, as needed
Schedules meetings and transcribes meeting notes
Generates reports, as needed
Coordinates travel arrangements
Drafts and proofreads documents
Maintains filing system
Answer phone; directs and provides information to callers
Receives all incoming/outgoing mail; opens and delivers mail to appropriate personnel
Coordinates bona fide office issues for assigned business unit
No supervisory/management authority
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and two (2) to four (4) years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Excellent written, communication, presentation and computer skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to build interdepartmental relationships
Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Ability to set priorities and work in a group environment or independently
Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidence and integrity while directly dealing with internal and external customers
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
