Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements for public clients, adhering to Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting principles and auditing standards, delivering high-quality audit results
Supervise and mentor audit teams, fostering growth and maintaining high performance
Utilize audit software tools, such as ProSystem fx Engagement, to streamline and enhance auditing processes
Provide guidance to clients regarding financial reporting and regulatory compliance
Collaborate directly with company management and clients to address complex financial matters
Conduct fieldwork and on-site audits as needed to ensure thorough and accurate evaluations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business with an accounting major
Active CPA certification or CPA candidacy with 3+ years of public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS, as well as current auditing standards
Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity
Experience interacting confidently with company management and clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple assignments effectively
