Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
Track schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
Support procurement of materials and equipment
Review drawings and assist with scope clarification
Attend project meetings and site visits as needed
Support cost tracking, billing, and closeout documentation
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in electrical construction or MEP contracting
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management software a plus
Based in or able to commute within the NJ/NY metro area
Preferred
OSHA knowledge and field exposure preferred
