Responsibilities
Support attorneys and senior paralegals on patent litigation matters from case inception through trial
Coordinate and assist in the discovery process, including managing e-discovery platforms and reviewing documents for production
Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and related filings in compliance with court and procedural rules
Assist with PTAB petition filings, responses, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with USPTO and procedural standards
Extract and analyze relevant IP data from official USPTO databases and Google Patent
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information while managing case materials and records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of Paralegal experience, with at least 2 years supporting patent litigation
Strong knowledge of federal and state filing requirements, e-discovery, cite checking, and Bluebooking
Demonstrated experience with patent terminology, PTAB proceedings, and IP-specific document preparation
A proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment
Preferred
paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
