HR Recruiter

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified HR Recruiter to assist the Recruiting Supervisor in effectively recruiting top talent for various positions. The HR Recruiter will manage a high volume, full life cycle recruiting process by attracting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to determine recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Source potential candidates via online recruiting sites, social media, and employee referrals
Ensure candidates are a good fit for both the role and company culture by reviewing resumes, and conducting phone and in person interviews
Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
Manage all communication with selected candidates until they are onboarded, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Conduct and coordinate applicant pre-employment paperwork, background check and drug screen requests
Partner with other departments within the company to successfully onboard new hires
Assist with new hire orientation
Provide Recruiting Supervisor with weekly updates related to open positions
Promptly communicate any hiring delays to Recruiting Supervisor and hiring managers
Prepare pre-employment paperwork packets
Participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
Assist Recruiting Supervisor with training events for hiring managers and supervisors
Performing other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 4 years' experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
Familiar with full cycle recruitment
Have a passion for manufacturing and corporate recruiting
Possess strong interviewing skills and have familiarity with various interview techniques (such as phone, video, or panel interviews)
Experience posting jobs on various job boards
Understand recruitment best practices and related labor laws
Have an outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States
