Responsibilities

Review demand signals and place purchase orders to fulfill raw material component requirements
Manage open purchase order dates, monitor vendor on-time delivery, and support vendor development
Maintain data integrity in key system fields to ensure accurate demand signaling and order placement
Use data and analytics to identify supply risks and collaborate with suppliers and Strategic Sourcing to implement solutions
Share material availability updates with Production Planning, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
Analyze inventory levels and stock positions to optimize raw material component availability
Partner with Strategic Sourcing to align on replenishment strategies and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Quality teams on return material authorizations and engage suppliers in regular business reviews

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required
3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP and MRP systems
Skilled in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and forecast requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
