Responsibilities
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Actively hunt for and engage top talent using a variety of methods, including professional networks, online resources, internal databases, and employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline for both current and future roles
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, guiding them through transparent and unbiased decision-making processes to ensure the selection of diverse, high-caliber candidates
Needs Assessment and Learning: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of open positions and team requirements, enabling effective identification and recruitment of the best possible talent
Candidate Closing and Negotiation: Expertly manage the final stages of the recruitment process, successfully closing candidates and negotiating offers when necessary
Operational Support: Demonstrate a hands-on approach by managing administrative recruitment tasks, including creating and posting job descriptions, developing interview guides, providing market insights, candidate briefs, arranging and scheduling interviews, and preparing compensation-based offer packages as needed

Expert Recruiter: You bring extensive full-lifecycle experience and a knack for finding the right talent for senior roles
Sourcing Pro: You know how to look beyond the standard job boards, using multiple avenues to find top-tier candidates
Startup Savvy: You've navigated the rapid pace of a growing startup before and know how to hit the ground running
