Sr. Manager, Operations Management

Responsibilities
Drive team responsibilities, ensuring accountability and performance
Resolve client issues with professionalism and efficiency
Manage and monitor the team, ensuring alignment of priorities with CIBC initiatives
Coach team members and support their professional growth
Monitor the loan portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement metrics to measure team performance and service levels
Partner with Line of Business (LOB) and other Loan Services teams to enhance productivity and communication
Leverage data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
Ensure the team meets SLA requirements, including reconciliation and past due management
Create, maintain, and update team policies and procedures
Participate in or lead departmental projects focused on process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in loan servicing, banking, or a related financial services environment
Experience with ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) is required
Proven experience in team management and leadership
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in decision-making
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop metrics and drive process improvements
Experience partnering with internal departments and stakeholders
