Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients
Provide pre-sales technical support, including RFP/RFQ responses
Customize solutions and prepare technical documentation and proposals
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure solution feasibility
Address customer technical queries and objections during the sales cycle
Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementations
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or software (depending on industry)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business value
Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, SaaS, or enterprise solutions (role-specific)
Industry experience (IT, manufacturing, telecom, automation, etc.)
Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos
