Responsibilities
Own key user journeys, from integration to core business operation
Help shape the direction, define product strategy, and establish practices to address user needs
Collaboratively partner with other Stripe teams (engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance, etc.) early in the product development lifecycle and jointly shape product plans that lead with delightful onboarding and integration experiences
Own the roadmap and go to market, with product marketing, of your BaaS product area
Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers
Ensure we’re building in a scalable, performant way
Qualification
Required
Brings 8+ years of experience in a product role
Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations
Has an obsession over product quality
Has domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, funds storage, or remittance
Has experience building platform and/or API products
Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
Can put themselves in the shoes of their users and be a steward of crafting great experiences
Enjoys being a generalist working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users
