Operations Supervisor - Commercial Lending
PNC is a leading financial services institution, and they are seeking an Operations Supervisor within their Commercial Lending organization. In this role, you will oversee operations workflow, manage team performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance while driving improvements in processes and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
Oversees operations workflow and owns the execution of transactions/processes. Manages direct reports on the operations team
Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results. Assists team members with escalated issues. May process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. May partner internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance. May interact with external customers and third parties in completing transactions or resolving escalated issues
Provides coaching and development to team members. Leads team meetings and continuous improvement sessions
Provides consultation and advice to service partners and customers. May lead improvement initiatives including reviewing existing processes, making recommendations and supporting the implementation of improvements. Updates standard operating procedures as appropriate. Participates in and may oversee projects
Reviews transactions and/or reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Manages and is accountable for risk mitigation activities. Verifies completeness and accuracy of procedures
Qualification
Required
Able to solve problems independently
Ability to have difficult conversations with direct reports regarding employee performance
Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify order of priority and delegate where necessary
Ability to change directions in a moment's notice
Works well in a fast-paced environment, with distractions and interruptions
Risk focused
Adaptable to change and ready to embrace new ideas
Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Preferred
Prior management experience
Prior management or team lead experience, including workflow management experience
Prior experience in CLLO
CLASS, ACBS and CSX experience
