Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver client training and community education programs
Participate in community outreach initiatives
Engage in active bar participation and professional development
Contribute to special legal and community projects as assigned
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support client needs

Required

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association
Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to the needs of diverse and vulnerable populations
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
Strong organizational, time management, and case management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, support staff, volunteers, and community partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively with others

Preferred

1–3 years of legal practice preferred, but not required
Experience serving low-income individuals, victims of crime, veterans, or other marginalized populations is preferred but not mandatory
Multilingual abilities are a plus
