RCCA (root cause corrective action)
Internal and external audit experience
Quality Management System experience (policy, procedures, implementation)
Experience creating inspection plans
Supervising quality teams (Quality Engineers, Inspectors, CMM, shop-floor quality technicians)
Experience managing CMM programming and metrology workflow
