They are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day business operations, optimize cross-functional processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead and optimize end-to-end operational processes across multiple functions (Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Business Support)
Partner with the executive team to translate strategy into actionable operational plans and KPIs
Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and governance frameworks to support rapid growth
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance management across the organization
Establish clear reporting structures, dashboards, and operating rhythms for leadership visibility
Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation and compliance controls
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations and program management teams
Act as a key liaison between U.S. operations and global stakeholders when applicable
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, or strategy execution roles
Prior experience as a Senior Director, Head of Operations, or equivalent leadership role
Strong background in scaling companies, preferably in technology, financial services, healthcare, or growth-stage environments
Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and improve existing systems
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-accountability environments
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience working with private equity, venture-backed, or institutional-investor-backed companies is a strong plus
