Responsibilities

Onboard commercial and middle-market clients across Treasury products, supporting complex implementations including FTP, BAI, ACH, and Positive Pay

Serve as a primary support partner for internal teams and Treasury Management clients, resolving inquiries and operational issues efficiently

Ensure all Treasury Management documentation and agreements are accurately completed, executed, and approved prior to implementation

Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and response timelines

Track and consolidate reported issues to identify trends and recommend process or system enhancements

Troubleshoot system and operational issues, coordinating with internal subject-matter experts to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuity of care

Support the Commercial Client Service Office with ad hoc projects, tasks, and initiatives

Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards

Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure cross-coverage and timely completion of workflows

Manage urgent requests with a high degree of accuracy and quick turnaround
