Responsibilities
Manage litigation eDiscovery matters and pre-litigation demands, provide legal advice, and support internal investigations
Oversee eDiscovery operations including legal hold and data preservation, data collection and processing, and document review and production
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders re: information retention, data preservation, and data migration from a litigation perspective
Educate in-house colleagues and outside counsel on discovery-related issues
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate or as in-house counsel
At least 4 years of experience with eDiscovery software
Preferred
4+ years of people management experience
5+ years of leadership experience in eDiscovery
5+ years of experience with Relativity eDiscovery software
Experience with Technology Assisted Review workflows
Experience with Generative AI workflows, including Relativity Active Learning and Relativity aiR
Knowledge of current trends in discovery law and technology
Effective oral and written communication skills with communicating status, timelines, risks, and potential impacts to stakeholders
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment to meet deadlines
Detail oriented and organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
