This role focuses on leading change management activities, developing communication plans, and coordinating training efforts for finance and procurement users.

Responsibilities
Lead change management and organizational readiness activities for an SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay implementation
Develop and execute communication plans to support stakeholder awareness and adoption
Coordinate training efforts, including materials, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment
Partner with project and functional teams to ensure readiness for go-live in May
Qualification
Required
Experience leading change management, enablement, or readiness work for enterprise initiatives
Preferred
SAP Ariba (or any ERP implementation) experience is a plus but not required
