Overseeing and analyzing cost data to support financial decision-making within our Clinton, TN facility
Developing cost estimates for new projects
Monitoring production costs
Creating cost-saving strategies
Preparing detailed cost reports
Ensuring alignment with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data analysis skills to review production costs and develop cost estimates
Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, and developing cost-saving initiatives
Knowledge and experience with ERP systems and financial software, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
Preferred
Prior experience in cost accounting or financial analysis in a manufacturing environment
