Responsibilities

Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for advertising, campaigns, campaign landing pages, and social channels
Develop messaging frameworks and headlines concepts that support enrollment growth and integrated marketing initiatives
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and partners to produce cohesive, high-performing creative messaging
Provide key messages, talking points, and brand guidance to ensure consistent storytelling across Digital Learning
Support SEO efforts through keyword research, title recommendations, and content best practices for campaign landing pages
Use audience insights and performance analytics to refine and optimize messaging
Review copy from colleagues and provide feedback to strengthen clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
Tackles complex campaigns and messaging challenges, using research, insight, and original thinking to create effective copy solutions
Produces high-visibility campaign copy that directly impacts brand perception, engagement, and enrollment outcomes
Develop creative marketing copy strategy documents that define audience insights, brand voice, tone, and key messages to guide marketing efforts
Stay current on audience research and emerging insights to continually inform and strengthen copy direction across campaigns, advertising, landing pages, and other digital and print channels
Maintain accurate, up-to-date copy for current and future campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, and other digital channels
Shapes the messaging direction and brand voice for creative materials, partnering with designers to ensure the copy and visuals work as one
Bring structure to copy development through clear frameworks, documentation, and repeatable processes
Manage multiple initiatives with a strong sense of prioritization, ownership, and follow-through
Adapt quickly to performance data, feedback, and shifting priorities
Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and stakeholders to elevate ideas and align execution
Influence direction through expertise, clarity, and trust rather than formal authority
Foster alignment around shared messaging frameworks and campaign objectives
Use data, testing, and SEO insights to inform decisions and refine messaging
Continuously seek opportunities to improve clarity, effectiveness, and performance
Share knowledge, tools, and best practices to support team growth and development
Perform other duties as assigned in support of Digital Learning marketing goals
Aligns input from stakeholders, performance data, and audience insights to build cohesive campaign messaging plans across channels

Required

Associates Degree in communications, pr, marketing, English, or related field
Four years of experience OR bachelor's degree and at least two years of professional experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified
Strong writing and editorial skills
Demonstrated skills in creative marketing copy
Demonstrated skills in short-form writing
Understanding of SEO and keyword analysis
Ability to follow message and style guides
Ability to develop writing guidance for others to follow
Ability to take complex topics and distill them down into easy-to-read, user-focused copy
Ability to understand the 'why' behind the work
Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
Ability to write on deadline and to stay organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of communication and marketing principles, concepts, techniques, and applications
Excellent time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Ability to act professionally and represent the office in interactions with partners and stakeholders

Preferred

Bachelors or Master's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, English, Creative Writing or related field
Experience working as a member of a marketing team
