Retail
Responsibilities
Responsible for manifest creation, preparing, packing, auditing and staging outbound delivery orders for external customers
Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and organized
Coordinates and accepts returns from dispensaries
Completes scheduled finished goods inventory audits between online ordering platform (LeafTrade) and seed to sale system (MJ Freeway)
Works with fulfillment teams to rectify any order discrepancies
Escalates deviations and discrepancies to the Distribution Lead or his designee
Assists in EOM/EOY finished goods inventory counts, cycle counts and document retention
Adhere to SOPs and established company procedures
Assist with Shipping & Receiving when necessary
Operate forklift and other machinery
Drive and deliver orders when needed
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent (College level course work is a plus)
1-3 years of experience in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory
Familiarity with Distribution processes (e.g., Scheduling, manifesting, route planning, packaging orders, Inventory management)
Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, and Wholesale customers assuring accurate and prompt delivery
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Ability to operate unsupervised; a responsible 'self-starter'
Great interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn distribution related software are required
Clean Driving record and the ability to drive in all kinds of conditions (e.g. weather, heavy traffic and congested city conditions.)
Must be able to drive 10% to 25% of the time
Able to lift 50 lbs
Frequently sitting and standing
Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
Preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
