Responsibilities

Apply and validate maturity ratings and content advisories across a high-volume content catalog
Perform quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to global standards
Execute established ratings workflows using internal tools and data trackers
Document ratings decisions, rationale, and exceptions clearly and consistently
Support operational escalations related to ratings accuracy, edge cases, and time-sensitive releases
Partner with Ratings Policy Strategists and Leads to continuously improve ratings processes

Required

5+ years of experience in content operations, content classification, moderation, or standards & practices
Proven ability to operate in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with strong attention to detail
Sound judgment when applying guidelines to nuanced or ambiguous content
Strong operational aptitude and comfort working within defined workflows and SLAs
Ability to quickly learn and adopt internal tools, systems, and processes
Working knowledge of global ratings boards and regulatory requirements
Fluency in English required; additional languages a strong plus
Advanced proficiency in Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar operational tracking tools

Preferred

Experience managing or reviewing large datasets or content libraries
