Responsibilities
Lead system-level product strategy for thermal management offerings focused on modern data centers and high-density compute
Translate market needs into clear system positioning, value propositions, and roadmap input for equipment and controls product teams
Own commercialization planning with marketing, including launch readiness, messaging, and field enablement
Build and maintain sales tools: customer presentations, system literature, web content guidance, and training assets
Partner with innovation and engineering to shape requirements and ensure solutions are deployable and supportable
Support customer and sales engagements by delivering technical-commercial presentations and helping unblock complex pursuits
Qualification
Required
8+ years in product management, product marketing, sales enablement, applications engineering, or adjacent roles tied to engineered systems
Demonstrated ability to commercialize and scale complex technical offerings through a field sales/channel organization
Credible knowledge of data center cooling, ideally including direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, heat exchangers, controls/operations, and deployment realities
Strong business judgment: market sensing, competitive awareness, prioritization, stakeholder influence
Confident communicator who can build alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences
Preferred
Engineering degree strongly preferred
MBA a plus
