Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned condominium association boards
Respond to general community and board inquiries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate vendors and schedule maintenance services as needed
Triage incoming requests and route accounting, operational, or maintenance matters to the appropriate internal teams
Guide and support boards through decision-making processes while ensuring board approval protocols are followed
Maintain organized records, correspondence, and documentation
Support day-to-day operations to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in property management, association management, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with office software and property management systems a plus
Detail-oriented, professional, and collaborative approach to work
