Responsibilities
Prepare and post deposits, balance deposits on statements
Enter information into accounting data entry system
Prepare customer invoices; reconcile customer accounts, etc
Assist with accounts receivable process through correspondence and making appropriate calls, as needed
Actively communicate with customers to adjust billing, answer questions, etc
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
Understand and use SSI appropriately, checking and importing sales, TPG invoicing for rent and management fees
Run monthly accounting reports as required to reconcile accounts
Maintain accounting department files and records
Research problem invoices; interface with vendors, customer service team, and other appropriate staff to reconcile
Assist with special projects as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts
Proficient computer skills
Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with enthusiasm
High school diploma, two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
