10+ years of experience in supervision from start to finish on large-scale construction projects, with a preference for commercial interiors, life sciences, renovations and fit-outs
MEP and Base Build experience is preferred
Proven background with general contractors in the NYC metro area
Deep understanding of NYC DOB codes and safety regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with high-rise or complex structural systems is a plus
Qualification
