Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Develop and refine complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and evaluate performance
Support long-range planning and scenario modeling
Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecasts
Assist with financial presentations for leadership and board meetings
Evaluate investment opportunities, cost savings, and business cases
Support process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3-5+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling techniques)
Ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
