Responsibilities

Serve as primary support for assigned pods during business hours; triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues including responding to customer-reported incidents, diagnosing technical problems in real time, and providing rapid fixes or workarounds for mission-critical operations
Develop and maintain front-end features in Angular and back-end services in .NET Core WebAPI / ASP.NET MVC
Collaborate with other pod developers on new features, bug fixes, and releases, regularly pairing on difficult tasks and sharing expertise to solve complex problems together
Document fixes, root causes, and support resolution steps for transparency and future reference
Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain consistent delivery
Coordinate handoffs within the team rotation for overflow coverage and ensure seamless transitions between support shifts

Required

3+ years full-stack experience with Angular and .NET (ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core WebAPI)
Strong EF Core and Microsoft SQL Server experience
Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and customer-support mindset
Ability to work 40 hours/week with overlap to US Eastern and Central business hours
Clear written and spoken English

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems or financial workflows
Prior support rotation experience (tickets, SLAs, incident response)
Familiarity with payment processing or fintech systems
