Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades roles
Partner directly with hiring managers and client sites across Texas
Travel regionally to support hiring needs (no out-of-state travel)
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and ongoing hiring
Qualification
Required
Proven skilled trades recruiting experience
Background in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical roles
Experience recruiting hourly, field-based talent
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel 25–50% within Texas
