Deep, hands-on expertise with DOMO — you know the platform inside and out
Strong experience with data modeling, Magic ETL, SQL, dataflows, dashboards, and governance
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business users
Familiarity with multifamily property management data (leasing, operations, finance, asset management) is strongly preferred
Comfortable working cross-functionally and advising on best practices, performance optimization, and scalable design
