They are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee engineering deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, and ensure compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of all remaining engineering deliverables and ensure timely closure
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C, civil, etc.)
Act as the primary engineering point of contact for: Construction teams, Commissioning and start-up teams
Ensure engineering consistency between design, construction, and commissioning phases
Review, validate, and improve the quality and completeness of technical documentation (drawings, calculations, specifications, procedures)
Manage technical interfaces with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting cost, schedule, or safety
Support troubleshooting during construction and commissioning
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements
Qualification
Required
Senior Project Engineering Manager experience on large EPC projects
Proven ability to manage projects with large CAPEX
Background in one or more of the following sectors: Hazardous waste incineration or thermal treatment, Oil & Gas, Heavy industrial or energy projects
Strong experience working in an EPC execution model
Excellent understanding of engineering workflows and construction/commissioning constraints
High standards for technical documentation quality and traceability
Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a complex, high-pressure project environment
