Responsibilities
Support factory operation for our Fabrication departments
This includes responding to process and part quality issues to ensure robust and effective delivery of high-quality products to the vehicle lines
This includes containment, short-term corrective actions, root cause analysis, and driving for permanent long-term corrective actions and mistake proofing
This position will be required to maintain and update quality documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this position
Success in this role will require clear and consistent communication with operators and support staff
Qualification
Required
Proven Communication Skills - Need someone who can communicate with the floor and with management
Someone who is result driven - Need someone who can work independently and complete projects following the problem resolution methodology
Experience working in a team environment - Want someone who can be accountable to a team and hold other team members accountable to ensure we are able to meet our quality goals
