Responsibilities
Design, develop, and launch responsive, SEO-friendly websites using modern web standards. Own projects from concept through deployment
Create intuitive user interfaces, mockups, and design components for internal SaaS tools, including dashboards and data-driven views
Maintain and support a portfolio of client websites, including hosting, domains, updates, security, and performance monitoring
Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that aligns with design standards and supports scalability
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and iterative development to deliver website and UI enhancements efficiently
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately within applications
Translate business goals and brand requirements into functional website and design solutions. Gather feedback and support basic usability testing
Identify and resolve layout issues, browser compatibility problems, and usability concerns across devices
Maintain clear documentation for website configurations, CMS workflows, and design systems
Stay current on web design trends, tools, and front-end best practices to improve workflows and product quality
Qualification
Required
Degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Proven experience building and managing responsive, client-facing websites end to end
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
Experience using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create mockups and prototypes
Ability to design UI components such as tables, charts, and dashboards that can be implemented by engineering teams
Strong analytical skills with a high standard for visual quality and clean code
Ability to clearly explain design and technical decisions to teammates and stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with React or modern front-end frameworks
Experience in construction, home building, or real estate technology
Exposure to Lean UX or iterative design practices
