Responsibilities
Supporting the loan origination process from intake through closing using the GlassBox infrastructure
Reviewing and organizing client financials and business documentation
Assisting with underwriting preparation and lender submission packages
Working closely with experienced broker mentors to learn deal structuring and execution
Communicating with clients to understand capital needs and guide them through the funding process
Tracking deals, milestones, and lender feedback within the GlassBox platform
Delivering a professional, high-touch client experience throughout the loan lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong interest in finance, deal-making, and relationship-driven work
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Preferred
Degrees in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related fields are preferred, but not required
No prior experience in commercial lending or loan origination required
