Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex IT programs aligned with organizational strategy
Own end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, and reporting
Manage multi-year programs with budgets of $10M+
Apply PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting practices
Translate business strategy into actionable program roadmaps and plans
Drive AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)
Manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and conflicts
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, business, and vendors
Develop executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
Present complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT program management experience
Proven success managing large, complex programs ($10M+ budgets)
Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Office, and Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong command of PMO standards, governance, and stage-gate reviews
Experience with AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies
Ability to translate organizational strategy into executable plans
Strong facilitation, conflict management, and prioritization skills
Preferred
Experience working directly with senior leaders and executives
Strong negotiation and influence skills across IT, business, and partners
Comfort operating in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
Data-driven reporting and KPI development experience
Dashboard creation using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience supporting C-suite or executive sponsors
